How is my money kept safe?＋
All funds go into an independent project bank account that SharikHome has no authority over, and nothing is disbursed without admin review and approval, on top of an immutable financial ledger visible to the members and the bank representative. No direct spending without governance.
Who can use SharikHome?＋
Any individual or company that cannot develop a real-estate project alone and wants partners to pool efforts and make it happen — SharikHome turns every small investor into a large one. Anyone can register, choose a project country and verify their identity for it (local ID or passport).
What types of projects are supported?＋
Not only residential — the platform supports any collaborative project: homes, clinics, offices, retail shops, restaurants and more. Each type has its own questionnaire and matching criteria.
What makes collaborative building better than a normal purchase?＋

No. Anyone in the world can invest in the countries where SharikHome operates, within what the law allows — our lawyers determine the correct legal path and place you in a group that is legally compatible with you.
Do I have to be physically present in the project's country?＋
No. All the legal ownership procedures are completed while you are abroad. You simply fund your share and follow the build step by step from your account on the platform.
Is the property in my name or SharikHome's?＋
In the project owners' names from day one. SharikHome is only a technical management and governance platform — it owns no part of the project and can never dispose of the project's funds.
How does the platform provide financing?＋
SharikHome does not guarantee financing, but helps owners access preferential financing opportunities together with its banking and finance partners.
